Boxes And Arrows : The Design Behind the Design

I’m so glad I found this site; it seems like a great resource for information.

Does anyone have ideas about how to find a mentor? I’m extremely interested in IA, and am enthusiastically searching for information about how I can expand my knowledge in this area. I’m not necessarily looking for an academic path, as I have a degree plus about 15 years of experience primarily in the graphic design industry. Even though my discipline has been focused in a more creative environment, I feel that I have a very analytical approach to projects.

Well, I didn’t mean to make this come across as a resume of sorts, so if anyone has words of wisdom they’d like to share, I would love to hear your thoughts.
