I am usability professional since 1995, when I created the LabIUtil, the usability lab at UFSC (Federal University at Santa Catarinia/Brazil). Since then, I have also worked as university professor and currently I teach Human Computer Interfaces at the Ecole Polytechnique IHC Montreal. I am author of the book "Ergonomics and usability: knowledge, methods and applications", published in 2007 in Brazil.
