After 11 years as an Information Architect at Fidelity Investments, I am now on the street and looking for challenging contracting gigs.
I specialize in designing for reuse and consistency, having created and run the style guide and its supporting program for all of Fidelity US and Fidelity International's customer-facing sites for seven years of my career there.
My favorite comment on a performance review? "Joan is obsessed with information structures." It was meant as a compliment, and I take it as one.
