Born to Travel, Karen's father was a pilot for Croatia Airlines. After graduating from Split, Croatia university, Karen took a job as a flight attendant with Croatia airlines. Karen met her husband Jim, (in sales with Pan Am), at the Split Airport in 1998. The couple moved to Baska Voda in 2002 and founded the Baska Voda travel agency. Having weathered 16 years in the travel industry, Karen is now manager of Baska Voda Travel agency.
