Emily Wilska is an erstwhile User Assistance engineer who left the world of high tech to start her own professional organizing company, The Organized Life. In addition to categorizing and storing her clients' stuff, she also enjoys doing the New York Times Sunday crossword (in pen, but only because pencil never works well on that glossy paper), running, traipsing about the US and Canada, and photographing whatever catches her interest.
Emily lives in San Francisco and has her sights set on Vancouver. Although she no longer relies on writing and UX work for a living, she believes there are many, many websites and error messages that need a good verbal kick in the pants.
