Jeff works in product management at Elsevier, a publisher of scientific, technical, and medical information. He currently serves as Vice President, Product Portfolio Management, for the Clinical Decision Support division of Elsevier Health Sciences.
He currently blogs about Product Management at How To Be A Good Product Manager and runs the Q&A site Ask A Good Product Manager, in addition to delivering bite-sized daily nuggets of product management on Twitter. He also co-facilitated the "So You Want To Be A Product Manager..." pre-conference session at the 2007 IA Summit.
Previously, Jeff was member of Elsevier’s User-Centered Design group and also practiced information architecture and user-centered design for companies including MasterCard International and visual communication firm XPLANE.
Jeff was a co-founder of the Information Architecture Institute (IAI), served three terms on the Advisory Board, and founded IAI’s Mentoring Program. He has written for Gain: AIGA’s Journal of Business and Design and was a columnist for Digital Web Magazine.
