Steven Mark Weintraub received his MS in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has completed certificate programs in Human Computer Interaction (Iowa State University College of Engineering), Usability Analysis (Human Factors International), Content Graphic Design (Rensselaer), and Business Analysis (ROI Training).
He is currently a Lead User Experience Analyst with AXA Equitable in New Jersey, where he focuses on information architecture, interface design, and usability analysis for tools and applications used by AXA's employees, financial professionals, third party brokers, and clients.
He has worked as an Information Architect, Usability Analyst, Technical Writer, Interactive Media Developer, and Avid Video Editor. Additional firms include ibm.com, iXL, Scient, Grey Interactive, Sachs Insights, Andersen Consulting, Logical Design Solutions, The City University of New York, and Beverly Films.
