Anne Gibson is an Information Architect at Vanguard, in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Prior to chasing her dream of joining the User Experience Group, she spent many years providing web usage technical support on the front lines of Vanguard's phone and email support staff.
In her spare time, she's also a webcomic artist and blogger, neither of them very well, with a smattering of home-grown programming and web development skills, a desire to learn Japanese just to be able to sing along with Final Fantasy soundtracks, and more projects than time.
