Seth Gordon is Director of E-commerce Optimization at Getty Images, responsible for the A/B/N and multivariate strategy. Prior, he as served as UX Director and Research Director for an assortment of top 100 traffic sites.
He started at USWeb, back in 1996. He has 15 years of industry experience, evenly divided between agency and in-house. He has particular expertise in consumer retail e-commerce, behavioral optimization, content search and retrieval, online publishing, and corporate dashboards.
A popular speaker and author, Seth has presented to audiences at CNet, Harvard, ASIS&T, and numerous other conferences. He has written for CNet, Business 2.0, ZDNet, and Boxes and Arrows. He has served as the E-Commerce Category chair for the Webby Awards since 2000.
Mr. Gordon earned an MS in Information Systems, and a BS in Marketing, both from American University in Washington, DC.
