Jenna is an Information Architect who is born and raised in Korea. Since graduating from KAIST, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Jenna was immediately employed by Samsung co. Ltd. By studying Industrial Design in KAIST, Jenna was able to have both scientific approach of a process and logic as well as a deep understanding of usability and design methodology.
Between the years 2001-2004, she joined LG CNS, who has the largest market share in Korean IT service & consulting. Here she performed as a Usability Analysist and Information Architect for various research project and also for client projects such as LG Softschool, Supreme Court and LG Telecom which won the award for the best project of the year 2003 in LG CNS.
From 2004, Jenna came to Toronto to challenge her life and extend her knowledge. She joined Sonic Boom Creative Media inc. where she performed as an Information Architect and Usability Specialist with various clients such as Honda, Jamieson, and Citi Cards.
Currently, Jenna is working at Mindblossom as a Senior Manager of Information Architecture.
