I have worked 33 Years with roles in the full life cycles of leadership, management, management analysis, management improvement, organization development, and enterprise architecture.
I have worked in the functions of training, security, operations, logistics, finance, productivity, information-resources (data, records, metadata, semantics, content), and information technology (LAN/WAN/IP networks, PC's, software use, system/software requirements analysis).
I have worked in Government (Army, DoD/DISA), Commercial (supporting U.S. Military, Civil Federal Agencies, and the White House), and Non-Profit business sectors.
I have developed and applied, since 1981, a simple, tailorable, core enterprise management life cycle approach that I have released into the Public Domain. This approach encompasses a simplified/rationalized strategic management operations spiral life cycle within a very orderly and consistent intelligence management spiral life cyle.
