Daimon Caulk started his User Experience career as a multi-disciplined artist in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond Virginia, with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration (Communication Arts and Design).

He has created web sites and applications all over the world. His work can be seen and experienced at such Fortune 500 sites as Marriott, International and Fannie Mae. He subscribes to one overarching design philosophy: “Less is more.” His interfaces have been described as clean and usable.

Mr. Caulk is the owner of Modal, a user experience firm located outside of the Nation’s capitol. Prior to starting his own company, he was the Director of Interactive Services for a Fast 50 company in Fairfax, Virginia where he led teams and projects and sold user-centered design. He has experience with business analysis, branding, and methodology creation from one of the foremost consulting firms in the world; PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. There he created the experience, interaction, and interface for Royal Dutch Telecom (KPN) and Aer Lingus.
