      <description>&lt;p&gt;I think that using divs and .css for the more experienced developer could cut down on workflow.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;There are templates available on the web, where the main elements are laid out and the css does the placement.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;These have several different configurations that all use the same &lt;span class="caps"&gt;HTML&lt;/span&gt; page.&lt;/p&gt;
