      <description>&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve never understood the attraction to Visio and similar tools. In my experience they seem to add an additional step. Why not skip this step and start storyboarding in &lt;span class="caps"&gt;HTML&lt;/span&gt;? In fact BoxesandArrows has a &lt;a href="http://www.boxesandarrows.com/view/html_wireframes_and_prototypes_all_gain_and_no_pain" rel="nofollow"&gt;good article on it&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
