      <description>&lt;p&gt;Jon,&lt;br /&gt;sorry to jump on the bandwagon so late in requesting a copy, but I would love to see the excel templates you have created. Having just recently experienced my first customer that actually couldn&#8217;t understand &lt;span class="caps"&gt;ANY&lt;/span&gt; flowcharts I presented. I ended up wasting a-lot of time making outlines in word. Perhaps your solution would have been helpful, or if I encounter the other two or three people out there who can&#8217;t make heads or tails of a visual diagram. (Who knew?)&lt;/p&gt;
