Having just recently experienced my first customer that actually couldn’t understand <span class="caps">ANY</span> flowcharts I presented. I ended up wasting a-lot of time making outlines in word. Perhaps your solution would have been helpful, or if I encounter the other two or three people out there who can’t make heads or tails of a visual diagram.
