      <description>&lt;p&gt;Talk about back to basics. Without a good concept you don&amp;#8217;t have customers. Without Customers you can&amp;#8217;t support a great concept [idea]. This is true from smalltime cafe to starbucks. the problem most aspiring entrepreneurs have is infusing the user exeperience into their brilliant concept. It may go back to the &amp;#8220;if we build they will come&amp;#8221; kabala.&lt;/p&gt;
