      <description>&lt;p&gt;I would strongly have to disagree. As a web designer I&amp;#8217;m fully aware that content is crucial to the design process. Without it you can&amp;#8217;t possibly design an effective site. I&amp;#8217;m not aware of any designers, not including junior designers, that would consider a design without at least a scope of the content to come.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
