      <description>&lt;p&gt;Great article.   In depth usability studies like these are invaluable for making your product better, we used them extensively at previous ecommerce companies I&amp;#8217;ve been a part of.  I especially like the whiteboard approach.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I often found that the cost/effort of running usability tests like this prevented companies I&amp;#8217;ve been at from doing enough of these types of usability tests.  To that end, I created a &amp;#8220;quick and dirty&amp;#8221; way to usability test against a specific target market, that only costs $15 per tester, and gives you results in less than 24 hours.
