      <description>&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve never been present for an actual usability test, but I love the process. I wish that renting a usability lab wasn&amp;#8217;t so costly. Do you happen to have any usability reports lying around for an interested party to read? I&amp;#8217;d like to see how they are structured.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
