      <description>&lt;p&gt;Patrick, yes, extremely!&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s easy for organizations and individuals to get lost in the details of what they are doing and spend months or years doing things because they have always been done.  When I put their initiatives in this format they start to visualize the cause &amp;amp; effect and start nodding.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;It facilitates discourse critical vision questions like, &amp;#8220;why are we really doing this feature?&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;which of these goals really matters the most?&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;which initiatives are having the greatest contribution to the goals?&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;what other initiatives could we be doing that have stronger effects on our goals?&amp;#8221;  These strategic discussions have major effect on the ultimate outcome of a project.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
