      <description>&lt;p&gt;My flow comes out of nowhere. It often happens when I&amp;#8217;m coding. Writing code is my passion. But it didn&amp;#8217;t happen that often. Until today..&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Today, I turned off email, twitter and my feedreader. And there it was. Flow.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I checked email at noon and 4pm. I read feeds and twittered this evening.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m doing this again tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
