      <description>&lt;p&gt;Great article. Very timely for me. As some people already commented I also have a problem with the &amp;#8220;Go Deep, Not Wide&amp;#8221; part. I was hired to start a UX process, and it is implicit that I don&#180;t get to say no to projects. In spite of that, I have one small project in which I&#180;m paying special attention.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
