      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks Daniel for putting this out. &lt;br /&gt;In fact getting the surrogate users into picture is really a nice bargain over actual users. If not all, atleast in many cases this approach is well capable of getting actual users pain and gaining usability insights.&lt;br /&gt;At the same time, agree to what few points says here that its a nice compliment and useful when one has constraints over approching actual users, but should not be treated as a replacement technique over existing ones.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
