      <description>&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s hard to disagree that dealing with the users personally and getting their opinion on various issues is a valuable tool. But it is also worth noticing that what we are realle getting is an opinion, not a fact, therefore possible outcomes can differ considerable from what we expect to achieve. We should bear in minds that users are not oracles, and quite often their declarations are different than what they really do or want. So a bit of more statistical and scientifical approach is advised. Obviously the best results can be achieved by combining the two methods together.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
