      <description>&lt;p&gt;Nice and concise.  The six questions for change is a nice idea.  It forces communication between the changers and the changed and provides a common ground for dialogue about the change.  I think you place the IA in an acceptable spot within the change management process.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
