We all use a relatively common vocabulary of UX terms. But the theory behind these terms is often quite different from actual practice. What would our common dictionary look like if it represented the all too common, uncomfortable reality of our lives as UX professionals?
We need a dictionary that calls us to account. I’ve written it, and want to post it here first.
