I wanted to offer a contributed article on the topic of “Usability with Handheld Devices and Websites.” The article would be written by Thanh Nguyen, senior usability engineer with BusinessOnLine – a pioneer in the interactive marketing space with a 14-year track record working with companies such as Sony, American Red Cross and Bumble Bee among many others.
