It’s funny: I’ve suddenly become the local “expert” on social media in my workplace, though I don’t think I know that much about it. The upper-ups ask me whether we should get into blogging and the like, and it would be helpful to point to some “hard data” about the effect of an organization’s fostering that kind of community spirit.
