What are the most critical problems that enterprises are facing in terms of information management?

Lack of a cohesive Information architecture Framework
Disparate business functions controlling content management
Information is trapped in inaccessible file formats
Info is trapped in silos
Lack of communications between interdependent business systems
Duplication of information systems
Systems are cumbersome
Systems are incomplete
It’s hard to find information
It’s hard to find related information
Hard to access information
Lack of synergy between online and offline processes

I think the list could go on and on. I am doing a small survey which asks EIAs for info on constraints, success factors and factors contributing to failures. If you would like me to send you the info once the survey is completed it would not be a problem.
