I think the list could go on and on. I am doing a small survey which asks EIAs for info on constraints, success factors and factors contributing to failures. If you would like me to send you the info once the survey is completed it would not be a problem.

Srini, you are right. ERP implementations mosslty are a technical afair, at least in many service companies India
