What Does a Content Strategist Do?

A while back, Rachel Lovinger wrote an article about content strategy, and 10 people said they’d like to see an article on what content strategists do. I’d like to write that article, as I’m answering this question by email on a weekly basis these days. (Just launched the STC Content Strategy SIG.) If that works for you, it works for me. I have published one story so far on B&A and know how the editorial process works.
