We know that as part of our background IA research, we’re supposed to do a content analysis. But what exactly is it we’re looking for?
I’d like to propose writing an article that covers the heuristics of content analysis, focusing on ten qualities of content organization that when followed help allow users to find information more efficiently.

Yes. I’ve wondered the value of content inventories, specifically, when a site is being completely redesigned. While they may help the UXD in uncovering unknown or not discussed content, what value do they really have to the client and in the new design?
