Reputation here is brilliant. Maslow would approve! A way to percolate the population into a good brew for growth.

I would suggest another more horizontal factor which might help to give color and form: specialty (however that might be defined). E.g. medical, computer, writer, but most importantly NOT a complete list. Simply accept member’s most significant keywords (in his idiosyncratic vocabulary). Theory is that these distinctions would point to multiple ontological nidi in line with Maslow’s B-values.

He did a good job with the list, and it reminds those on the other side of the fince that there is another side to the fence.
