Case study on how a group of user experience researchers at Bolt|Peters came up with a crazy unique native environment methodology for researching the player experience of one of the most complex video games ever created, Spore. The good folks at EA have given us rare permission to discuss the methodology and how we applied UX research principles to the video game study.
