Handling the business aspects of a design consultancy can be difficult for many startups and freelancers.
Many of us go through the same struggles:- Creating estimates / quotes for new projects
- Tracking time and costs for yourself and your employees
- Invoicing and getting paid on time
I’ve written an article on the subject that revolves around the concepts I’ve come up with while creating a software project and running my own business.
The article in it’s current form is a bit more promotional than it should be, and I’d like to open it up for comments.
