Enterprise 2.0 Applications

Web 2.0 philosophy is great. It is revolutionizing the present online experience. But it is not always easy to think about Web 2.0 in Enterprises; especially in Financial Sectors. The whole bunch of jargons like user requirements, usability, interactions, IA, socialization and security concerns because of that are some of the things become additional activities along with regular product development activities.
What would be the successful strategy for Enterprise 2.0 Application development? We have successfully implemented one Enterprise 2.0 Application recently. We learnt a lot from the failures and succeeded at the end. I would like to share the strategies, we have applied, to the whole software development community.
