Designer's Bias

Well I am interseted to know about designers Bias which comes into picture while designing. We focus lot on users..which is good!! Despite of all ..designer is the person who designs based on data….but still interpretation of data ….thought he puts in for design ….can all be biased …and I am interested to read what contributes to this “DESIGNER’S BIAS”
