Sathish: there is information on starting a UX Book Club in your area at the end of the article, and more information is available at http://uxbookclub.org , but the basic idea is to just do it. You don’t have to start big, you just have to start.

Its an excellent initiative and very interesting to read. I would like to put a very straight forward question, may be repeating stuff, but still I feel it better to ask rather than to digest without asking. If i have to start this intiative in my town, which is definitely a buzzing town with Web works both in technical interest and Technology Aspects. What should I do. any handy checklist that i can have that would allow me to determine, if what I am thinking would be a right move?

The best part about this initiative is the opportunity it provides to bring people together to debate ideas and share experiences. Thank you for starting the UX Book Club Steve, I’ve heard great things and look forward to starting one here in Ottawa this week!
